Right now, 40 per cent of customers engage with kia.com.au on a mobile or tablet device and this is expected to extend to over 50 per cent in the next 12 months. In refreshing its web experience, Kia deployed Sitecore's Business Optimsation Services (SBOS) best practice methodologies which were used to develop the platform strategy planning stages of the new website redevelopment while providing for sustained continuous improvement and robust business outcomes. SBOS was also the foundation for implementation partner selection and after careful evaluation, Switch was chosen to design, build and deliver the site's unique, yet connected, digital experiences, scaling across different devices.
